All appointment changes must be made by texting 509-688-4366. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services as a cancellation fee. Arriving 10 minutes late with no communication is considered a no-show and will result in a no-show fee. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee. To help me fill last-minute openings and keep my schedule running smoothly, please notify me as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Thank you so much for your understanding.
